That frustration pushed me to study — really study. I got certified as a Personal Trainer, then as a Dietitian, then as a Strength & Conditioning Coach. I wanted to understand the science, not just the surface level advice.
When I started applying real science to my own training and nutrition, everything changed. I learned that most people fail not because of willpower, but because they don't have the right information for their specific body and situation.
